Gemma has been a member of the Minute Steak team since the company launched and uses over ten years of digital experience to advise on client strategies and support the team and company’s development.
Recently named second in The Drum’s Top 30 under 30 Women in Digital in 2012 she is most proud of the agency being shortlisted for Best Agency in the UK Search Awards.
Digital Director
Jonathan joined Minute Steak in 2010, and brought with him an understanding of this fast paced industry that ensures the team delivers the highest quality search campaigns using the latest management techniques.
His ability to utilise tracking solutions to gain valuable insight to maximise return was key in his appointment to Minute Steak. These insights have seen him successfully develop accounts covering 19 languages in 34 countries.
Warren joined the Minute Steak clan in 2010 after moving over from our sister agency STEAK and previous to that worked client-side.
At Minute Steak Warren ensures the delivery of integrated strategies and drives the SEO team’s on going testing of latest strategies. He was integral in developing both our SEO and Social offerings, and he ensures that we create content-led strategies which deliver long lasting results.
Client Services Manager
Camilla has played a key role in the development of Minute Steak since joining in 2009. At Minute Steak, Camilla ensures that the team has a thorough understanding of clients’ objectives and supports the development of integrated, response driven strategies.
Specialising in retail she has overseen the strategy of a number of our International clients including Aesop, Boutique1 and Red Ruby Rouge as well as managing our agency partnerships.
New Business Manager
Jeremy joined Minute Steak in 2010 and now works as our New Business Manager. He has experience working with both B2C and B2B companies across a whole variety of industries which helps enable him to devise bespoke solutions for new clients.
Jeremy is a great listener and loves working with companies to identify both issues and opportunities with their digital marketing, working on bespoke strategies to fit clients’ objectives.
SEO and Social Account Manager
Elliot joined Minute Steak in 2011, working on a purely SEO focused role before taking on a Senior Executive position that incorporates both the search and social aspects of digital campaigns.
Before joining Minute Steak, Elliot’s passion and experience was in Social Media. Now he has honed in his SEO skills within the team he is able to tackle the most recent trend in the industry, SEOcial, whilst working on clients such as Adecco, Office Angels and The English National Opera.
Account Manager
Graeme joined Minute Steak in 2011, and as well as working in PPC he supports our usability and conversion rate experts with their recommendations.
Graeme has a powerful blend of enthusiasm for data, attention to detail and a ‘never give up’ attitude. His love of Google Analytics, which he uses to optimise accounts, achieves on going improvements in performance.
Search Account Executive
Jasveer joined Minute Steak as a Search Account Executive specialising in SEO. She brings with her experience from working client-side and an understanding of how SEO fits into wider marketing objectives.
Being an Italian speaker, Jasveer has worked on multilingual accounts, co-ordinating and monitoring SEO best practice as well as PPC, affiliate programmes, e-mail marketing and promotions. This experience has been invaluable in bringing an understanding of multi-disciplines to the integration of our clients’ strategies.
Senior PPC Account Executive
Max joined Minute Steak as a Search Account Executive, specialising in PPC, and brings with him experience from agencies in Canada and Melbourne.
Max enjoys devising search strategies and completing in depth research in to keyword trends and competitor copy to produce results driven targeted PPC accounts. He understands AdWords inside out and is a believer in testing, testing, testing.
Chief Executive Officer
Oliver Bishop founded The STEAK Group in 2005 after citing a gap in the market for servicing clients on a different level than was currently offered. He has since grown the Group to become an award-winning, international digital agency spanning three continents.
More recently he has seen STEAK become part of the Dentsu Network - the fifth largest marketing communications company in the world, with over 100 offices in 27 countries.
Chief Operations Officer
In 2005 Duncan reunited with ex-Espotting colleague Oliver Bishop to found The Steak Group and deliver search campaigns to a higher standard than he had observed many agencies achieve whilst at Espotting.
As COO, his role spans day-to-day business operations, training, technology, insight and thought leadership. As a recognised industry expert Duncan regularly comments for trade publications and writes a column for Search Engine Watch and a blog for The Drum.
Chief Financial Officer
Annie joined The STEAK Group in 2011 to oversee all financial matters for the entire Group including the UK, US and Australian offices as well as for sister company Minute Steak.
Prior to joining The STEAK Group, Annie spent over 11 years working at large media agencies, including roles such as Group Financial Controller at Starcom Mediavest and Finance Director at both ZenithOptimedia UK and Arena Media.
Marketing Manager
Charlotte joined the STEAK Group in 2011 having worked in Marketing for over 5 years. Prior to this, she was at Tag Worldwide, working on New Business and Marketing on a global level.
At Minute Steak Charlotte is responsible for marketing the agency as well as the rest of STEAK Group. She appreciates the uniqueness of an offering like Minute Steak and ensures that the great work we do for our clients and services are correctly communicated.
Operations Director
Having helped launch Minute Steak in 2009 Edwina took a small career detour to work as a digital marketing consultant, before re-joining Minute Steak in January 2013. With her she brings back a wealth of knowledge and experience from researching and developing digital strategies across 24 international territories.
In her current role Edwina now provides strategic guidance for key clients, alongside ensuring a smooth running and efficient organisation.
SEO Account Manager
Steve has been a member of the Minute Steak team since early 2013. After graduating with a degree in Marketing, Steve specialised in digital and began a career in search engine marketing. Having worked in the industry for over 3 years he has a wide experience in both off-page and on-page SEO, working on a range of areas including creative content development, online PR, manual penalty removal and large scale site migrations.
SEO Account Executive
Anne joined Minute Steak as a SEO Executive. Working for start-ups, SMEs and global brands she was involved in improving their web presence within their country as well as across Europe.
As a native German, Anne has online experience in both Germany and Britain. Having worked in Fashion, Telecommunications and Finance she has honed her skills in digital marketing and enriches the agency by bringing her client-side experience and perspective to Minute Steak.
SEO and Social Account Executive
Emma joined Minute Steak in late 2012 having graduated from University in Bristol with a BA in Marketing. She specialises in social media, supporting the team in generating creative ideas and fresh content across numerous social platforms for a range of clients. She brings with her a year’s worth of experience working client-side where she strengthened her copywriting skills, generating content for a variety of communication strategies.
