Which tier is right for me?
The two tiers are in place to give you even more control over your media budget. Regardless of what package you choose you’ll get a well-built, ROI-focused campaign. Regular reporting and optimisation comes as standard and everyone has online access to the account management team.
If you’d like a little more of our time and a named account manager between 9am and 6 pm then tier 2 is probably for you.

Do you outsource any work?
No, all of our work in done by the London-based search team in Covent Garden. We don’t use any outsourced facilities at all.

Even if you’ve no previous experience we’d love to have your input. If you’ve previous run a Google Adwords, Yahoo! Search Marketing or MSN Adcentre account, then we can discuss moving the account and its related history to Minute Steak.
How many keywords will I have in my account?
The number of keywords in your account will depend on a number of factors, mostly to do with the area you work in and the competitiveness of it. Minute Steak places no limit on the number of keywords in an account.
How often will I get reports from Minute Steak?
Reports for the previous 7 days will be available in the client portal on Monday afternoons.
How long will it take to set up?
We aim to have your account set up and live in 3 working days.
Do you offer credit facilities?
Unfortunately not. Minute Steak operates on a pre-pay only basis.
How do I make payment?

How long am I tied in for?
Minute Steak operates as 30-day, no contract service. Simply pay us for the month in advance and if you don’t want to continue, or just want a break let us know and we won't take payment for the following month.
Do you share any of my data with anyone else?
Here at Minute Steak we take data security and your privacy seriously. We only record data that we require to carry out business with you and do not share your details with third parties for marketing purposes. We do share detail with our credit card payment provider, WorldPay.
