What is The Minute Monitor?
The Minute Monitor is a keyword research tool that provides insight and reports into the activity of competitors and affiliates as well as monitoring selected keywords and trademarks. This data is then utilised by us to devise new online strategies.
How does it work?
We require a list of the following information and will also provide additional insight in to what should be monitored:
- Your web sites, keywords, trademarks, brands, or slogans
- Your tracking urls, if different from your web site url
- Your competitors
What reports will I receive?
Our competitor monitoring solution enables us to provide reports on the following key areas and these learnings can benefit your overall marketing strategy:
- Market Share Report - Measures each competitor’s market share based on its keyword coverage, how often its ads are seen, and its rank.
- Brand Buzz Report - Displays who is talking about you on web sites, blogs, and in the news. You can watch your competitor’s too!
- New Ad Copy report – Alerts when competitors are testing new ad copy. Provides insight in to which ad copy is the most effective for your competitors.
- Special offer report - Alerts quickly when competitors are promoting special offers and the copy being run.
- Time Based Rules Report – Uncovers competitive day parting strategies. Provides insight to see whose budget is running out and when.
- Trademark Report – Watch your trademarks on paid search: See who is bidding on them, and/or using them in PPC ad copy.
How much does it cost?
There is a monthly set-up cost and ongoing monitoring costs are based on the volume of keywords monitored. The recommended set-up monitors 10 keywords with a set-up cost of £210 and ongoing monthly cost of £250.
